One-Two Punch Signs with Potters

Two New Pitches Sign

Happy Monday, everyone! We’re going to kick off the week with another Select Tax & Bookkeeping Player Signing Announcement!

The Potters are pleased to announce the signing of one of the best Junior College starting pitching duos in the country. Dawning the orange and navy this summer are pitchers Nathan Barry and Tyler Gums of Sierra College!

Nathan Barry - LHP
Nathan is originally from Reno, NV and will continue his baseball career at the University of Kansas following his sophomore campaign at Sierra College. As a freshman, the southpaw finished with a 6-2 record with a 3.45 ERA and 67 strikeouts in the Big 8 Conference.

Tyler Gums - RHP
Tyler hails from nearby Auburn, CA and is headed to Long Beach State University next year. The powerful righty was dominant in his freshman season at Sierra College after going 4-3 with a 2.61 ERA while amassing 78 strikeouts in 76 innings.
